1. REFUND ONLY WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER RECORDED DELIVERY: After 3 days there will be NO REFUND. We encourage our customers to carefully review the sizing charts and product details before making a purchase.
2. EXCHANGES: If your item doesn't fit or there's a defect, we are more than happy to offer an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. The returned item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, and with all original tags attached. Exchanges (you, receiving your new product) will take up to 3 weeks.
3. STORE CREDIT: In cases where an exchange is not feasible due to inventory limitations, we may offer store credit of equal value to the purchased item. This credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. RETURN SHIPPING: Please contact our customer service team via uthstreetclothing@gmail.com for the facilitation of return shipping.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If you believe you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team (uthstreetclothing@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving the product with a photo of the issue. We will do our utmost to resolve the situation promptly. However:
*We will NOT be issuing refunds for the mismanagement of packages that are in the custody of USPS and other carriers. Delivery carriers have their own insurance policies for these types of issues. If you receive a damaged package, please reach out to the delivery carrier for further details. Every package has a tracking number which will be emailed to the email you provide during checkout. If there are ANY problems with the delivery aspect of your package, please contact USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or whichever carrier that has the product and provide them with your tracking number. Please also send us an email about the issue via uthstreetclothing@gmai.com*
6. SALE ITEMS: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE: To begin the process of a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team (uthstreetclothing@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for returning the product.
8. PROCESSING TIME: Please allow up to 14 business days from us receiving your returned item for the exchange process to take place. Store credit or refund to your card will be initiated instantly after issue is confirmed. Refunds to card will be initiated instantly on our end but the arrival of the money back into your account depends on your banking policies. Most banks take up to 3-5 business days to process refunds.
